At Localxpert™ Powered by DNEWAY LLP, we strive to provide reliable and timely services to all our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling service bookings and requesting refunds.
2. Cancellation Policy a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Free Cancellation Window: Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges.
Late Cancellation Fee: If a booking is cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of up to ₹100 may apply, depending on the nature of the service.
No-show: If the customer is unavailable or unreachable at the scheduled time and location, the booking may be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
b. Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where the assigned service provider is unavailable, we will either assign a replacement or reschedule the service based on your preference.
If rescheduling is not acceptable, a full refund will be processed.
3. Refund Policy a. Eligible Refund Cases
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
The service provider did not arrive or complete the job due to their fault.
You cancelled the service within the allowed free cancellation window.
The service was unsatisfactory and verified by LocalXpert through an internal investigation.
b. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in cases including but not limited to:
Customer unavailability at the time of service.
Service cancelled after the job has already started.
Dissatisfaction without specific or verified reasons.
c. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment (bank account, UPI, or wallet).
For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit upon verification.
d. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
